Affiliates are prohibited from using spam or other unsolicited bulk email to promote Microsys. Complaints about your marketing activities may cause your affiliate status to be suspended or terminated.
Affiliates must ensure their promotional methods and their implementation comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and guidelines.
All affiliates acknowledge that their promotional activities for Microsys must be professional, proper, and legal. Affiliates agree not to engage in deceptive, misleading, or unethical practices, including but not limited to, statements that may mislead or deceive users.
